1894: Graduated Law in Moscow University.

1896 - 1897: Specialized Law in France.

1897 – 1898: Specialized Law in Leipzig and Halle.

1898 – 1899: Specialized Law in Vienna and Torino.

1900 - 1904: Associate Professor in the Higher School.

1904 - 1908: Professor in the Higher School, member of the Bulgarian Literary Society. Dean of the School of Law.

1907 – 1908: Secretary of BLS Philosophy-public branch.

1908 - 1934: MP of the Democratic Party.

1910 - 1911: Minister of National Enlightenment in Malinov's Cabinet.

1912 – 1913, 1916 – 1932: Secretary of the Philosophy-public branch of Bulgarian Academy of Science.

1918: Minister of Railways, Postal Services and Telegraphs in Malinov's Cabinet.

1924 – 1935: Part-time professor in criminal proceedings. Author of a number of works in Law.

1926 - 1931: Minister of Finance during the second Concord regime.
